Attorney Ipek Samsa graduated from the Faculty of Law at Istanbul Bilgi University and completed her master’s degree in Economic Law. Her practice focuses on litigation and enforcement proceedings, legal advisory, the preparation and review of contracts, and the management of hearings and judicial proceedings.

Throughout her professional career, she has worked at various law firms, where she has been involved in litigation matters, drafting petitions and legal submissions, attending hearings, conducting enforcement proceedings, preparing legal opinions and memoranda, and managing client communications. She also has experience in company incorporations, Trade Registry and Istanbul Chamber of Commerce procedures, attachment and eviction proceedings, as well as the drafting and revision of contracts.

She has particular experience in maritime law, having been involved in matters concerning the arrest of vessels, ship sale and purchase transactions, closing procedures, general average, port authority procedures, and the review of contracts and documentation relating to ship sale and purchase transactions. She has also contributed to legal proceedings before the Insurance Arbitration Commission and in various commercial matters.

Attorney Ipek Samsa has an advanced command of English and holds TOEFL and IELTS certificates. She is also a sworn translator for English-Turkish and Turkish-English translations. She has a basic level of Spanish.
